Ages: Kindergarten - 9th grade 

Time: Weekdays from time of school dismissal until 5:45 pm

School locations: Fair Grove Elementary (for Fair Grove and Brier Creek), Friendship Elementary, Hasty Elementary, Pilot Elementary and the YMCA (the YMCA site serves students from Thomasville Primary, Liberty Drive, Hopewell, Braxton Craven, Britian Academy and New Hope Elementary as well as Brown Middle, Ledford Middle and Thomasville Middle; transportation is provided from the schools to the YMCA)

Program components: Weekly themes, organized non-competitive games, character development emphasis, daily devotions, homework assistance, nutritious snacks, creative expression activities, interest centers and other fun stuff

Staff: A staff to child ratio of 1:14 is maintained at all times.  All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified and trained in risk management, child abuse prevention and BSAC.

Out of school days: All day care is provided for no additional cost on out of school days with the exception of inclement weather days, which cost $5 per child per day.

Note: We also offer before school child care from 6:30 am until school starts on weekdays at the YMCA.

Cost for members:

Registration fee: $45 per child (non-refundable)

Before school monthly: $80 ($73 for each additional child)

After school monthly: $243 ($223 for each additional child)

Cost for program participants:

Registration fee: $55 per child (non-refundable)

Before school monthly: $88 ($80 for each additional child)

After school monthly: $275 ($255 for each additional child)

Note: The YMCA site is a state licensed program and vouchers are accepted.
